Quick background: I tore my meniscus rolling BJJ about 2 months ago. Tried physio for 6 weeks, got maybe 40% better. Ordered BPC-157 from Mito Labs and started pinning 250mcg 2x/day subQ near the knee.
Week 1: Honestly not much. Maybe slightly less morning stiffness.
Week 2: This is where it got interesting. I could do a full depth squat without pain for the first time since the injury. Started doing light drilling at the gym.
Week 3 (now): I'm back to rolling at about 80% intensity. The knee feels stable, no swelling after training. Still some discomfort on deep flexion but the improvement is night and day compared to physio alone.
I'm going to run it for 4 weeks total. Really impressed with the quality from Mito Labs — fast delivery too, the rider showed up within 2 hours.

Great progress! The 250mcg 2x/day protocol is solid for joint injuries. Once you finish the 4 weeks, you can take 2 weeks off and reassess. Some people do a second round if they're not at 100%.
Good to know about the second round option. I'll see how I feel after the 4 weeks and reassess. Thanks Dan!
This is encouraging — I've been thinking about BPC for a wrist issue from too many chaturangas. Did you notice any side effects at all?
Had a similar experience with a shoulder impingement. BPC-157 + TB-500 together was even faster for me. Highly recommend the blend if you want to accelerate things.
That's some impressive progress, Mike! It's great to hear how BPC-157 has been aiding your recovery. Being back at 80% intensity after such a short period is a testament to both your commitment and perhaps the peptide's potential benefits on joint injuries. Keep listening to your body, especially with deep flexion, as you continue with your protocol.
Regarding Ana's question, BPC-157 is typically well-tolerated, with most folks not reporting significant side effects. That said, individual responses can vary, so it's good to keep an eye out. Sarah's suggestion about combining BPC-157 with TB-500 is interesting as well, since that blend can offer synergistic benefits for healing.
Hope your final week on BPC-157 keeps bringing improvements. Feel free to share how you're feeling after the full run!
