Anyone using Semax or Selank for focus/productivity?
I work remotely from Bali and my productivity has been all over the place. Looked into nootropic peptides and Semax and Selank keep coming up. From what I've read: - Semax = more stimulating, good for focus and cognitive performance - Selank = more calming, good for anxiety + focus without the stimulation I don't want anything that feels like a stimulant (I already drink too much coffee). Leaning towards Selank but curious what the community's experience has been. Do you dose these daily or as-needed?
Fastest delivery I've experienced in Bali
Just wanted to give a shout out to the Mito Labs team. Ordered 3 vials on a Tuesday afternoon, the delivery rider was at my villa in Ubud within 90 minutes. Everything was cold-packed with ice packs in an insulated bag. I've ordered from other suppliers before where the peptides arrived warm and questionable. The attention to cold chain here is really reassuring — you can tell they actually care about product quality. Already placed my second order.
The healing stack: TB-500 + BPC-157 blend — my protocol
A lot of people ask me about stacking TB-500 and BPC-157 so I figured I'd write it up. I use the Mito Labs blend (20mg vial, 10mg of each). For a general healing/recovery protocol: **Loading phase (weeks 1-2):** - 500mcg of the blend 2x/day (morning and evening) - Pin as close to the injury site as practical **Maintenance (weeks 3-4):** - 250mcg 1x/day **Key tips:** - These peptides work synergistically — BPC-157 works locally at the injury site while TB-500 has a more systemic effect - Don't skip days during the loading phase - Store reconstituted vials in the fridge, use within 3-4 weeks - You can also run BPC-157 on its own for gut healing (250mcg 2x/day) I've recommended this protocol to probably 20+ clients at my retreat and the feedback has been consistently positive, especially for tendon and ligament injuries.
Best peptide for sleep? Looking at DSIP vs Pinealon
I've been struggling with sleep quality — I fall asleep fine but wake up at 3am and can't get back to sleep. Tried magnesium, sleep hygiene, no screens etc. Nothing works consistently. I see Mito Labs has DSIP and Pinealon, both seem to target sleep. Has anyone tried either or both? What was your experience? Mainly interested in: - Which one actually works for staying asleep (not just falling asleep) - Any grogginess the next morning? - How long you ran it for
GHK-Cu results after 4 weeks — before and after skin texture
I started GHK-Cu mainly for skin quality — I'd been reading about its collagen-stimulating effects and figured I'd try it alongside my skincare routine. Protocol: 1mg subQ daily, alternating between belly and thigh. Results at 4 weeks: - Skin texture is noticeably smoother, especially on my forehead and cheeks - A small scar on my shin from a scooter accident is fading faster than I expected - My hair feels thicker (unexpected bonus) - Nails growing faster The only downside is the injection site sometimes gets a tiny red dot that fades in a few hours. No other side effects. I wish I'd taken proper before/after photos but I didn't think it would work this well. Starting to document now for the next 4 weeks.
CJC/Ipamorelin vs Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin — which did you choose and why?
I'm looking to add a GH secretagogue for body composition (lose some stubborn belly fat, improve recovery from surfing and gym sessions). Mito Labs has both combos: - CJC-1295/Ipamorelin 10mg - Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin 13mg I know Tesamorelin is more targeted for visceral fat reduction but it's also pricier. Has anyone tried both? Which gave you better results? I'm 32, pretty lean already (maybe 15% BF), mainly interested in the recovery and sleep benefits too.
NAD+ has been a game changer for my energy levels
I've been doing NAD+ injections for about 6 weeks now. I'm 38 and was dealing with that 3pm energy crash every day — no amount of coffee or sleep seemed to help. Started with 100mg subQ every other day. The first few days I felt a bit flushed and tingly (apparently normal), but by the end of week 1 I noticed I wasn't crashing in the afternoon anymore. Now at week 6, the difference is significant: - Consistent energy throughout the day - Better mental clarity, especially in the mornings - My workouts feel easier (I do hot yoga and strength training) - Sleeping more deeply I know correlation isn't causation but the timing is too perfect. This is the only thing I changed. Would definitely recommend trying it if you're dealing with fatigue.
Tirzepatide dosing — start with 10mg or 20mg vial?
Hey, I'm looking at Tirzepatide for weight management. Mito Labs has both 10mg and 20mg vials. I've never used it before — should I start with the 10mg to test my response, or is the 20mg better value? Also curious what dose people typically start at? I've seen 2.5mg/week mentioned online but not sure if that's right. Any tips on managing the nausea? I've heard that's a common side effect early on.
BPC-157 for my torn meniscus — 3 week update
Quick background: I tore my meniscus rolling BJJ about 2 months ago. Tried physio for 6 weeks, got maybe 40% better. Ordered BPC-157 from Mito Labs and started pinning 250mcg 2x/day subQ near the knee. Week 1: Honestly not much. Maybe slightly less morning stiffness. Week 2: This is where it got interesting. I could do a full depth squat without pain for the first time since the injury. Started doing light drilling at the gym. Week 3 (now): I'm back to rolling at about 80% intensity. The knee feels stable, no swelling after training. Still some discomfort on deep flexion but the improvement is night and day compared to physio alone. I'm going to run it for 4 weeks total. Really impressed with the quality from Mito Labs — fast delivery too, the rider showed up within 2 hours.
