Cold chain: This matters enormously in Bali's climate. Every delivery arrives with ice packs in insulated packaging. I've received orders from other suppliers that arrived warm. Peptides degrade in heat.
Consistency: In 6 months of ordering, not a single vial has been underfilled, mislabeled, or compromised. The reconstitution is always clean with no particulates.
Range: 28 products means I can build comprehensive protocols without sourcing from multiple suppliers.
Service: They respond on WhatsApp within hours. One time I had a question about stacking and they connected me with someone knowledgeable who actually understood the pharmacology.

This matches my experience recommending Mito Labs to retreat guests. The independent testing point is critical — anyone can print a fake CoA. Having a practitioner verify through third-party testing adds real credibility. Quality control in the peptide industry is wildly inconsistent and Mito Labs is an exception.
The cold chain packaging is what sold me. I've received peptides from other suppliers in a regular padded envelope. In Bali's heat. How can you trust that product? Mito Labs' insulated packaging with ice packs shows they understand the product they're selling.
