Ran an 8-week cycle of Tirzepatide recently, and I want to share my results. I started at 85kg and now I'm down to 80kg, which puts me at about a 5kg loss. Body fat percentage dropped from around 22% to 19%. Given my background as a personal trainer, I was really curious about how this would affect my metabolic health.
What worked for me was the appetite suppression—seriously, I saw a significant reduction in cravings. This made it easier to stick to my nutrition plan without feeling deprived. I also noticed I was sleeping about 7-8 hours a night, which is solid for me, and recovery times from workouts improved noticeably. I felt less sore after intense sessions, which I attribute to better overall metabolic function.
On the downside, there were some days where I felt a bit sluggish, likely from the initial adjustment period. I wouldn’t recommend jumping into this without considering your full health context and ideally working with a coach or a health professional.
