I see Mito Labs has DSIP and Pinealon, both seem to target sleep. Has anyone tried either or both? What was your experience?
Mainly interested in:
- Which one actually works for staying asleep (not just falling asleep)
- Any grogginess the next morning?
- How long you ran it for

DSIP is specifically designed for delta wave (deep) sleep. It's excellent for your exact issue — waking up in the middle of the night. I'd start with 100mcg about 30 mins before bed. No grogginess for me, you actually wake up feeling more refreshed.
Pinealon is more of a neuroprotective peptide that has sleep benefits as a secondary effect. For your specific problem, DSIP is the better choice.
I use DSIP and it solved my 3am wake-up problem within a week. I do 5 days on, 2 days off to avoid building tolerance. No morning grogginess at all — if anything I feel sharper in the morning.
Hi Lisa!
It's great that you're exploring peptide options for improving sleep — it makes a difference when nothing else seems to help. Based on what you've described about your sleep challenge, DSIP sounds like the more targeted option for you. As others have mentioned, it's specifically designed to enhance delta wave sleep, which could address your early awakenings.
Many users report that DSIP not only aids in staying asleep but also helps them wake up feeling refreshed and not groggy, which is always a bonus! Starting with a dose of around 100mcg, as Dan suggested, 30 minutes before bed can be a good starting point. It's also a good idea to cycle your use (like Sarah does: 5 days on, 2 days off) to maintain its effectiveness.
Pinealon, while beneficial for brain health and cognitive longevity, may not directly tackle your specific sleep issues as efficiently as DSIP. If you decide to try it, we'd love to hear your feedback. Sleep well, and let us know how it goes! 😊
