Started the Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 + TB-500 blend) from Mito Labs. 500mcg 2x/day for 2 weeks loading, then 250mcg 1x/day for 4 more weeks.
Week 2: The morning stiffness was noticeably less. I could actually reach overhead without that catching sensation.
Week 4: Slept on my left side for the first time in years. Started doing light overhead pressing — pain free.
Week 6 (now): I'd say I'm at 90%. The ache is basically gone. I'm coaching and demonstrating movements I couldn't do 2 months ago. The remaining 10% I think is just scar tissue that won't fully go away.
Honestly wish I'd tried this years ago instead of just accepting the shoulder would always be dodgy.

That's a textbook recovery outcome. The loading + maintenance approach is exactly what I recommend. For a 4-year-old injury that's been compensated around, 90% is actually an excellent result. The remaining scar tissue can sometimes be addressed with targeted ART or Graston work alongside the peptides.
I'm using the same blend for my knee. Two weeks in and the results so far match your early timeline. Glad to see the long-term picture is positive. How was your sleep during the protocol?
Love hearing this. I've got a few clients with old injuries they've just accepted. Going to share this post with them. The name 'Wolverine Stack' is very fitting.
Can confirm this stack is incredible for old injuries. I had a rotator cuff issue from years of ashtanga yoga — 2 cycles of the Wolverine Stack and it's basically resolved. The blend vial is so much more convenient than buying BPC and TB separately.
Tom, that's amazing to hear! It's incredible what the Wolverine Stack can do for injuries that seem to linger forever. Your commitment to consistently following the protocol really paid off. We often find that people are surprised by how much mobility and comfort they can regain, even after years of discomfort.
Sarah's right about the convenience of having both BPC-157 and TB-500 in one vial. It makes sticking to the routine so much easier, which is key for getting results like yours. As for that last bit of scar tissue, like Dan mentioned, sometimes complementary therapies like ART or Graston can work wonders alongside the peptides.
It's stories like yours that remind us why we do what we do. If you ever decide to tackle another niggle, we'll be here cheering you on!
