I'm 45 and running a wellness retreat — longevity is a big focus for my clients and myself. Thinking about adding Epithalon to my protocol.
Questions for anyone who's tried it:
- What dose and frequency? I've seen 10mg cycles of 10 days on, 6 months off
- Did you notice any subjective changes? Better sleep, skin, energy?
- Is there any way to actually verify it's working without expensive telomere testing?
I know the Khavinson studies are promising but real-world experience is what I'm after.

I ran Epithalon last year — 10mg over 10 days (1mg/day subQ), then waited 6 months and repeated. Subjectively: noticeably better sleep quality during the cycle, and my skin looked better. Hard to attribute anything specifically to telomere effects without testing, but the sleep improvement alone was worth it.
The Khavinson research is solid — he's been studying it for 20+ years. The 50mg vial from Mito Labs gives you 5 full cycles which is great value.
I recommend Epithalon to a lot of my older retreat guests. The protocol is simple, the side effect profile is essentially zero, and even if the telomere effects take years to measure, the subjective improvements in sleep and skin quality are noticeable within the 10-day cycle.
Just finished my first Epithalon cycle last month. The sleep improvement was dramatic — much deeper, more vivid dreams, waking up feeling genuinely refreshed. Planning to do my next cycle in about 5 months. At our age it feels like a no-brainer for the longevity stack.
Hi Maya,
Great to see you're exploring Epithalon! It's definitely a fascinating peptide with a lot of potential. The telomere-lengthening aspect can indeed seem like science fiction, but the research, especially from Khavinson, gives it some solid footing.
You're right about the typical dosing protocol — 10mg over a 10-day period, followed by a 6-month break is what most people go for. This cycle seems to be effective in terms of noticeable benefits like improved sleep and skin quality, as Nina, Dan, and Sarah have mentioned from their experiences. While subjective measures are valuable, confirming telomere effects outside of specific testing can be tricky and often not feasible without investing in testing.
Since you're running a wellness retreat, introducing Epithalon could align well with your focus on longevity. If you decide to try it, keep an eye on those subjective improvements that others have noted, as they can be quite telling. Wishing you the best in your wellness journey! Have you considered integrating any other peptides into your protocol?
