Just finished my first cycle of the Super Human Blend. For those who don't know, it's a multi-peptide blend designed for performance and recovery.
I'm a CrossFit coach so I train hard 5-6 days a week. The past year I've been feeling more beat up than usual — slower recovery, persistent joint soreness, and my sleep quality has declined.
Protocol: 500mcg daily, pinned subQ before bed
What I noticed:
Week 1: Sleep improved noticeably. Deeper, more restorative. Woke up feeling actually rested.
Week 2: Recovery between sessions was faster. The usual 2-day DOMS after heavy squat days was down to about 1 day.
Week 3: Joint soreness in my elbows and knees reduced significantly. Started adding volume to my training.
Week 4: Hit a few PRs in the gym. Nothing crazy but the trend is clearly up. Body composition looks tighter.
The convenience of a single vial vs buying 3-4 separate peptides is a big plus. Value-wise it makes more sense than buying individual vials too.
Planning to run 8 weeks total with 4 weeks off, then repeat.

Been eyeing this blend. The convenience of a single vial is really appealing — my fridge already looks like a pharmacy with individual BPC, TB, and CJC vials. Did you notice the sleep improvement more than individual GH peptides or about the same?
