As a freediver, managing inflammation is critical. Repeated deep dives put enormous pressure on your lungs, sinuses, and joints. I've been using the KLOW Blend for about 5 weeks.

Why I chose it: The blend targets systemic inflammation through multiple pathways. As someone who puts their body under extreme pressure regularly, I wanted something comprehensive.

What I noticed:
