I've always been a light sleeper. 6 hours on a good night, wake up 2-3 times. Within 5 days of starting CJC/Ipa (300mcg before bed, empty stomach), my sleep transformed:

Can 100% confirm the sleep transformation. CJC/Ipa is the single best thing I've done for my sleep in 38 years. The empty stomach rule is crucial though — I made the mistake of eating late one night and the difference was obvious. No GH pulse = no deep sleep benefit.
