I've been offering an "anti-aging peptide protocol" at my retreat for the past 3 months and wanted to share aggregated results from about 15 guests who've completed the full 4-week program.
Protocol:
- GHK-Cu: 1mg subQ daily
- Glutathione: 200mg subQ every other day
Reported results (self-assessed by guests):
- 13/15 reported noticeably improved skin texture
- 11/15 reported brighter, more even skin tone
- 9/15 reported thicker-feeling hair
- 7/15 reported faster nail growth
- 4/15 reported old scars fading
Objective observations:
- Before/after photos show visible improvement in skin quality in most cases
- Two guests with melasma saw significant lightening (the glutathione contribution)
- One guest's eczema patches improved dramatically
Zero side effects reported. The only complaint is the injection site can get a small bruise occasionally.
For anyone in the aesthetics or wellness space: this is a powerful, evidence-based offering. The results sell themselves — guests post about it on Instagram without being asked.

This is incredible data from 15 guests. The consistency of skin results (13/15) is really compelling. I've been using GHK-Cu on its own and it's great — adding glutathione sounds like the next level. Do you find the effects are maintained after stopping?
Would love to know more about the melasma results. I have some sun damage from years of teaching yoga outdoors and I've been considering this exact combination. Does the glutathione need to be injectable or could oral liposomal work?
I've been doing this exact stack for 6 weeks and the compliments on my skin have been constant. My aesthetician asked what I changed. The combination is definitely more effective than either peptide alone. The 'glow' is real.
Hi Maya,
Thanks for sharing these insights from your retreat guests! It's amazing to see such positive feedback across the board, especially with 13 out of 15 noticing improved skin texture. This combination of GHK-Cu and Glutathione seems to be a winning formula for those interested in rejuvenation and the overall glow factor.
To address Emma's question on maintaining effects: While each person may experience different durations of benefit post-protocol, peptides like GHK-Cu are known for promoting long-term skin health by supporting collagen production. Consistent use over time may enhance lasting results.
Ana, regarding your question on melasma: Injectable glutathione tends to offer more immediate and noticeable results due to its bioavailability. That said, liposomal oral forms could be a viable alternative if injections aren't feasible. They might take longer to show results but can still contribute to skin lightening and overall health.
Keep the community updated, and we'd love to hear more about any future protocols you develop!
