I've got the typical ex-military body: bad knees, dodgy shoulder, lower back issues, and a wrist that never healed properly from a fracture.
I want to try BPC-157 but I'm not sure how to approach multiple injury sites:
- Do I need to inject at each injury site? Or does it work systemically?
- If systemic, what dose for 4 separate problem areas?
- Would the Wolverine Stack (BPC + TB-500) be better for widespread issues?
- Is there a risk of "diluting" the effect by treating too many areas at once?
- How long should I realistically commit to a protocol for old (5+ year) injuries?
Budget isn't an issue, I just want to do this right rather than waste time on an inadequate protocol.

Great questions. For multiple old injuries, I'd recommend the Wolverine Stack (BPC+TB blend) over BPC alone. TB-500 works systemically — it doesn't need to be injected at each site. Pin subQ in the belly and it circulates everywhere.
Dose: 500mcg of the blend 2x/day for 4 weeks loading, then 250mcg daily for maintenance. For 5+ year old injuries, commit to at least 8-12 weeks.
You won't dilute the effect — these peptides upregulate your body's own healing processes systemically.
As a fellow ex-sports guy with accumulated damage: the Wolverine Stack is the way to go. I had 4-year-old shoulder issues resolved in 6 weeks. The systemic effect of TB-500 means one injection site covers everything. Don't bother trying to inject at each injury location.
From a clinical perspective, old injuries with scar tissue and fibrosis may take longer than acute injuries. Expect 8-12 weeks for meaningful improvement on 5+ year old issues. The peptides work by reactivating healing cascades that have gone dormant. Be patient and consistent.
I had a similar situation — multiple joint issues from years of BJJ. Wolverine Stack fixed my knee and shoulder over about 10 weeks. The key insight: your worst injury will improve slowest, but everything improves simultaneously. It's worth the commitment.
Hey Dave,
It's great that you're looking to address your injuries with peptides like BPC-157. With multiple older injuries, the systemic approach is definitely the way to go. BPC-157 can work systemically, and while you could inject close to specific injury sites, it's not necessary as it circulates in your system. The Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 + TB-500) is a solid choice for widespread tissue repair, thanks to TB-500's systemic benefits which complement BPC's localized effects.
For dosing, many find success starting with the combination stack at around 500mcg twice daily for a 4-week loading phase, followed by a maintenance dose of 250mcg daily. This protocol seems to work well for both new and old injuries, though for 5+ year-old injuries, an 8-12 week commitment is a realistic expectation for meaningful results. These peptides work by enhancing your body's natural healing processes, so they'll address multiple areas without "diluting" the effect.
Remember, patience and consistency are key, especially with older injuries. It's encouraging to hear you're ready to invest the time into a proper protocol. If you have any more questions along the way, feel free to pop back in!
