I’ve been using MOTS-C 10mg for the last 8 weeks, mainly for its potential skin and joint health benefits. During this time, I also tracked my workouts and overall health to see if anything changed.
I’ve lost about 3 kg, which I attribute partly to the boost in metabolic flexibility that MOTS-C seems to provide. My energy levels during workouts have consistently improved, and recovery times after weight sessions have dropped from about 48 hours to around 36 hours. Sleep quality has also been solid; I’m averaging around 7.5 hours per night, waking up feeling more refreshed.
On the skin front, I’ve noticed a subtle improvement in elasticity and hydration. I can’t say it’s a miracle transformation, but there’s definitely something happening there. Joint stiffness, especially in my knees after long coding sessions, has noticeably decreased.
Would I recommend it? Yes, but with the caveat that individual responses can vary. I sourced my MOTS-C from Mito Labs, and I’d suggest keeping track of your own metrics if you decide to try it. It's worth considering as a supportive research compound for longevity.
Overall, I’m impressed with my results so far, but I plan to continue monitoring how I feel as I move forward.
